This past Saturday was my first time at an ATC trade. It was in Dunvegan, Ontario. I met with Ronna (http://www.ronnas.blogspot.com/), who also publishes ATC Quarterly. I had so much fun and was warmly accepted into the group. So much inspiration, I felt like a kid in a candy store. I had only ever read one book on the subject of ATCs and I was instantly hooked!
Last week, I happened to stop in Prescott at Jennifer Vanier's ' Milkhouse Gallery', a little shop that sells many this and thats for altered art projects of all kinds. Jennifer (http://www.jenzart.blogspot.com/) was nice enough to show me around her shop and had so much information to share with me, I just took it all in. Then she told me about the trade in Dunvegan and I knew I just had to check it out for myself.
I had only made three cards so far. I didn't think I could trade only three measly cards but I brought them anyway. It was so much fun trading them, I really wish I had had time to make more cards. Next month I'll come to the trade with 18 cards. I already have two themes planned and am busy planning more...
